PRODUCT FEATURES

◎This HP series pump adopts a specially designed hydraulic linkage mechanism combining radial force and axial force. The hydraulic linkage mechanism pushes the diaphragm of the pump to reciprocate to realize the function of conveying liquid;

◎Each hydraulic drive mechanism unit maintains a stable pressure through proper pressurization, pressure stabilization and over pressure adjustment and avoids the risk of piston spring breakage and diaphragm damage caused by the accumulation of over pressure in the hydraulic unit;

◎Compared with the swash plate drive mechanism, it has the characteristics of low mechanical wear coefficient of the hydraulic unit, without significant increase in the internal oil temperature of the hydraulic drive mechanism. As a result the lubricating oil is cleaner and does not need to be replaced frequently;

◎Higher mechanical performance reliability and long-term operation safety;

◎The pump can be installed horizontally or vertically with corresponding motor connector and is suitable for a variety of site requirements.

◎The standard material of the pump head is ductile iron and SUS316L stainless steel pump, other materials can be customized on demand, the inlet and outlet specifications and installation dimensions of the pump are the same as the old products.
