DESCRIPTION

The UCP Series pumps is an ultra clean pump designed for food stuff, pharmaceutical and semi conductor industries. The wet parts of the pump are made of forged stainless steel, precision machined, precision polished in accordance to relative industrial and hygienic standards. According to hygienic requirements by wafer cleaning, the wet parts of the pumps are specially treated with electrolytic polishing and dynamic surface coating to shut off metal ions to the least possible extent in order not to contaminate the ultra pure liquid being pumped.

CHARACTERISTICS

●Simple structure & no dead angles in the flow passage

The pump design is in strict conformance to hygienic grade product engineering standards, eliminating the least possible dead angles in the flow passage to leave no room for the microscopic creatures. (The dimensions of wet parts of the pumps are much smaller than bellows pump or diaphragm pump, therefore leaving no room for generation of microscopic creatures.)

●Reliable performance

With the impeller as the only moving part, the pump keeps reliable performance and long service life. The running cost is much less than that of bellows pump and diaphragm pump which are built of more moving parts like which wear off easily.

●Good adaptability to high temperature and endurable performance

Wet parts made of stainless steel SUS316 or SUS316L & mechanical seals made of Silicon carbide and PTFE materials, the pump perform well in high temperature applications (more than 100 DC) where bellows pump and diaphragm pump would fail to work.

●Elimination of micro particles

Equipped with exterior mechanical seal with auxiliary seal box flushing device, the pump is able to keep impurity content to a very low extent.
